Dear Readers:

We, Roxanne (Mother) and Edward (Son), are victims of Unfair, Deceptive Acts and Practices by Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation and Loan Officer William B. Murphy. Specifically: fraudulent loan origination and predatory mortgage lending. For details, view our website: The Mortgage Fraud

September 12, 2023: We filed a lawsuit about mortgage fraud against Fairway and William B. Murphy in Worcester District State Court.

November 3, 2023: Honorable Judge R. Pellegrini reviewed our Complaint against Fairway & Murphy and found there is evidence:

Judge James G. Haddad, Criminal Defense Attorney with 34 years experience, was nominated by Gov. Charlie Baker in 2019.

September 23, 2024: Judge James G. Haddad covered-up mortgage fraud and did not allow us to present evidence to a Jury. He dismissed our case with prejudice for "lack of jurisdiction." Judge Haddad decided that the court lacks jurisdiction because we did not ask for monetary damages. Judge Haddad also denied (without reason) our motion to amend our complaint with money damages.

September 30, 2024: We filed an Appeal in Massachusetts Appellate Division. 18 months later, our appeal is still pending.

Since then, Fairway attempted to sell our home and cover-up mortgage fraud while our appeal is pending.

January 21, 2026: We filed a new emergency lawsuit against Fairway & Murphy which includes new evidence and request for money damages.

Fairway Attorneys wrote they will ask the Judge to dismiss our new lawsuit because of Judge Haddad's order.

Note: To this day, no Judges have affirmed Judge James G. Haddad's order to dismiss our original lawsuit.

We feel that Judges are discriminating against us because we are fighting as Pro Se litigants (No Attorneys).
